Warranty, Returns & Claims
We stand behind the quality of every cabinet we sell. Learn about our warranty coverage, return policy, and how to file a claim.
Warranty Coverage
5-Year Limited Warranty
All Region Cabinet products are backed by a manufacturer warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.
Workmanship Defects
Manufacturing flaws that prevent normal residential use
Material Defects
Defective components that fail under normal conditions
Door Hinges & Drawer Glides
Hardware covered for the warranty period
Original Purchaser
Warranty applies to the original buyer for residential use
The warranty period begins from the date of shipment from our facility. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Under this warranty, Region Cabinet will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected parts or products with functionally equivalent items.
What Is NOT Covered
The following are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty:
Natural Wood Variations
Differences in color, texture, and grain are inherent characteristics of natural wood and vary from piece to piece. These are not defects.
Color Changes from Aging
All wood finishes change color over time due to natural aging, sunlight exposure, and environmental conditions. This is a normal process.
Door Warpage up to 1/4 Inch
Minor door warping caused by humidity and temperature fluctuations is considered normal and may correct itself over a heating/cooling season.
Painted Finish Stress Lines
Hairline cracks or stress lines in painted finishes can occur due to wood expansion and contraction, especially with diffuse porous woods like birch.
Glazed Finish Variations
Glazed finishes are hand-applied and inherently have uneven characteristics. Variations in color and texture between pieces are expected.
Improper Installation or Assembly
Damage resulting from incorrect assembly, modifications, misuse, accidents, neglect, or exposure to extreme conditions is not covered.
Labor & Installation Costs
The warranty covers replacement parts only. Labor for removal, installation, and any incidental or consequential damages are excluded.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement parts to be shipped at no additional cost.
Tips to Protect Your Warranty
Follow all assembly instructions carefully — improper assembly voids the warranty.
Keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) in a safe place.
Photograph your cabinets upon delivery to document their condition.
Maintain proper humidity levels (35-55% relative humidity) in your home to minimize wood expansion and contraction.
Use recommended cleaning products only — harsh chemicals can damage finishes. See our Cabinet Care guide for details.
Avoid placing cabinets in direct, prolonged sunlight which accelerates color changes.
Do not modify cabinet components (cutting, drilling, or altering) beyond what assembly instructions require.
